Above is our wedding cake policy this also pertains to
all cakes in general. Such as use common sense when
handling and loading and transporting the cake. The
weather has alot to do with everything. If it's hot some
cakes may need to be refrigerated and some may just
need to be kept well airconditioned. We do not
recomend leaving 1/2 & 1/2 cakes set over night. This
could result in a seam down the middle of the cake
because there are 2 cakes pushed against eachother.
This does not usually happen, but it can happen
depending on how you hold your cake. Keep your cake
level and flat at all times, never hold the cake during
the transportation from shop to destination. If the
humidity is high this could result in your cake
sweating and if you have a airbrush design this could
result in the picture bleeding a little. This will not affect
the taste of the cake only the looks. If your cake has a
filling we do recomend that you keep it refrigerated
especialy on a warmer day. We use to (say warmer
months), but now days it could be 100 degees in
December. If you have certain colors in mind, please
bring in a color swatch so we can get as close as
possible. Remember these are food colors not dyes
we will do the best we can. If your cake is a drawing,
please note that airbrush colors are much harder to
match, again we will do the best that we can.
